  • Shipping: Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch promptly, Hirsch Hill is not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers or third-party providers.

4. Product Quality & Storage

We guarantee that all wines are of merchantable quality when dispatched. However, wine is a natural and perishable product. Hirsch Hill is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to improper storage (e.g. exposure to heat, sunlight, or freezing)

  • Changes in taste due to extended aging or personal preferences
