Our 2025 Hirsch Hill Estate Pinot Gris is a delicious wine reminiscent of the orchard - red apple, yellow apple, pear and orange blossom aromas burst from the glass. The cool fermentation has retained the varietal freshness of our Pinot Gris grapes. The palate has a beautiful texture with zingy acidity capable of standing up to the richest of dishes.
