Description
Our 2025 Hirsch Hill Estate Pinot Gris is a delicious wine reminiscent of the orchard - red apple, yellow apple, pear and orange blossom aromas burst from the glass. The cool fermentation has retained the varietal freshness of our Pinot Gris grapes. The palate has a beautiful texture with zingy acidity capable of standing up to the richest of dishes.

Hailing from the Alsace region in France, Pinot Gris is a food friendly wine thanks to its inherent texture and acid. Why not go traditional and share with your friends over a classic savoury tarte Alsacienne? If that seems all too hard, spaghetti carbonara would be a great sub.
