Tasting Notes
An extended five-hour skin maceration, followed by controlled fermentation in oak, builds texture and complexity. Nashi pear, white peach and apricot are layered with notes of mandarin and marmalade. The palate is savoury and textural, finishing with a subtle saline edge.

Winemaking Notes
The Grenache Blanc winemaking was aimed at allowing the rich Heathcote fruit to express itself while developing gentle layers of detail and complexity. A short period of skin contact was used to build texture and weight prior to pressing and fermentation with juice solids in stainless steel.
Aged on lees for four months, allowing for further development of texture and complexity before a light filtration and bottling in late winter, while the wine was young and fresh.
