Description
Hand-harvested from our single vineyard site, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a focused expression of cool-climate Yarra Valley winemaking. Matured in French oak and subtly blended with Cabernet Franc and Merlot, it displays dark fruit purity and seamless structure. Blackcurrant, cedar, bay leaf and graphite lead into a smooth, persistent finish. This is a precise and polished wine that balances power with elegance.

"A bright crimson ruby. A step, or two even, up on the '19. Perfumed with its bouquet of red cherries, gentle cedar notes and a modicum of violets. Medium bodied, the palate is elegant and persistent, with fine-grained tannins rounding out a well-put-together wine that will provide enjoyment now and over the next three to four years at least."
