Description
This wine reflects the most selective blocks of our single vineyard. Hand harvested and matured in tight-grain French oak, the Reserve Cabernet combines depth with refinement. Subtle blending with Cabernet Franc and Merlot rounds the edges and builds aromatic complexity. Expect black plum, cigar box, violet and firm, polished tannins. A serious, age-worthy Cabernet with a long, graceful finish.

"Deeply coloured, this has a core of blackcurrant and blackberry fruit together with some cedar from new oak and a complex touch of fresh rosemary and violets. Just as good on the concentrated and well-balanced palate, with ripe, persistent tannins – all this adds up to a wine that should still be looking good seven to 10 years from now."
