Description
This Reserve Shiraz speaks to high-end Yarra Valley winemaking. Sourced from hand harvested fruit, it opens with notes of black cherry, dark spice and smoked meat. Matured in French oak, it delivers power and length without losing balance. A structured, savoury wine that reflects boutique craftsmanship and exceptional fruit selection.

"A first rate cool climate Shiraz from this very good season in the Yarra Valley. Dark plum and spicy black berry with a trace of espresso and black pepper. The palate is controlled and concentrated but with an effortlessness that extends to its sustained finish. A little dark chocolate and dusting of dried earthy complete a cracking wine."
